Who is Rentify Property for?

Is there a Rentify mobile app?
Yes. Rentify is on Google Play for Android phones. An iPhone app is coming soon. You can also use Rentify in any web browser at properties.rentifyservices.com.
Can I try it free?
Yes. You can manage up to five units free, without a credit card, or try the live demo first.
Can tenants use Rentify?
Yes. Tenants get their own view of tenancy details, dues, bill history and receipts, and can raise maintenance requests.
Does a tenant's payment claim mark a bill as paid?
No. A tenant can submit a payment claim with proof, and the owner or property team reviews and confirms it. Only then is the bill marked paid.
Can it calculate electricity and water bills?
Yes. Enter meter readings and Rentify turns them into bills using your own rate cards.
Does it work for PGs and commercial property?
